EU Return Policy

This page explains the EU right of withdrawal for customers ordering from Safa Foods.

14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer in the European Union and buy online from Safa Foods, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Send a clear withdrawal statement by email to info@safa-foods.eu. Please include your name, order number and the goods concerned.

Important food exceptions

Safa Foods sells groceries. The right of withdrawal does not apply, or can be lost, for certain food products, including:

• perishable goods or food/drinks with a short use-by date;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• opened, used or incomplete food products;
• custom or personalised orders.

Return costs

For accepted withdrawal returns, the customer bears the direct cost of return shipping unless the goods are defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We may wait to refund until the goods are returned or until you provide proof of return shipment.
